Terms & Conditions

1. Reservation and Payment: A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit (e.g., 100% of the total cost). by making a reservation, the person agrees to these terms and conditions

 

2. Cancellation Policy: Resevation can be cancelled free of charge by 16:00 the previous day, cancellation made after claims 80% refund

3. Cancellation from the trip provider: We reserve the right to cancel the trip at any time, in this case the person making the reservation will receive a 100% refund

 

4. Weather Conditions: The tour is subject to weather conditions. If the aurora chase is canceled due to poor weather, guests will have the option to reschedule or receive a 100% refund.

 

4. Liability Waiver: Participants must sign a liability waiver before the tour, acknowledging the risks associated with outdoor activities in winter conditions.

 

5. Clothing and Equipment: Guests are advised to wear warm clothing and suitable footwear. Rental options for winter gear may be available upon request.

 

6. Group Size: The maximum group size is limited to ensure a personalized experience. Private tours can be arranged upon request.
